AAA TEXAS IS HIRING FOR
EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
(IRVING, TEXAS) --- In an
effort to continue our high level of member service, AAA-Texas
is expanding its Emergency Roadside Assistance Dispatching
Team at the state headquarters in Irving. AAA Texas is
actively recruiting customer focused professionals to join our
Emergency Road Service Call Center. No specific call center
experience is required, but we prefer candidates who have
customer service experience working with the public.
These new employees will
generally work between the hours of 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. and on
weekends at AAA’s state headquarters in Irving. These
dispatchers are usually the first line of contact with AAA
Members who have called the number 1-800-222-4357
(1-800-AAA-HELP) seeking a tow, help with a flat tire, or any
other type of roadside assistance.
All of these
openings are for full time positions with regular medical,

At a Time When Many Companies
are Cutting, AAA Texas is adding Full Time Jobs in a Variety
of Positions in Texas
(IRVING, TEXAS) --- While the economy continues to struggle
with the recession and jobs are being lost, AAA-Texas is
adding more than 100 regular, full time positions in Texas and
AAA-Texas is now taking applications for those jobs.
“We’re very pleased that at this time when so many people are
looking for work, AAA-Texas is expanding. We realize these are
very hard times and we want to do what we can to help our
neighbors in Texas, so the economy can grow and we get people
back to work, “says AAA Corporate Communication Manager Dan

Within the next four months, AAA-Texas is planning to hire at
approximately 30; career minded sales professionals who will
sell our membership and insurance products including auto,
homeowners, renters, watercraft and umbrella insurance. Prior
insurance experience is not required. Most of these jobs
will be at District Offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
AAA-Texas is also actively recruiting approximately 75
customer focused professionals to join our Emergency Road
Service Call Center. No specific call center experience is
required, but we prefer candidates who have customer service
experience working with the public. These new employees
will generally work second shift and on weekends at AAA’s
state headquarters in Irving.
We’re also seeking a lesser number of candidates for positions
in our Claims Unit and Policy Management Group and we’re
hiring for sales jobs in Amarillo, El Paso, Houston and San
Antonio. All of these openings are for full time positions
