As Texas school children prepare to head back to
school, AMEN 900 KPYN and the Texas Department of Public Safety
reminds all drivers to watch out for children walking to school or
waiting for school buses--and to obey all traffic laws related to

The Atlanta Rabbits Football team will get a new inflatable helmet to
run through at the end of their inflatable tunnel. The Atlanta Booster
Club will pay for the helmet with $1,500 raised at the benefit car
wash last Saturday, August 9th at Orr Auto Ranch and with a $3,000
donation from Orr Auto Ranch and a $750 donation by Marc Mote United
County Realty. We've got a picture of the new helmet posted here .
The Briar Cross Country 5K will takes place Saturday Aug 23 at
8:30am. The race is to benefit the Atlanta Athletic Booster Club.
